2007 saw probably the most exciting change in the company's development by the corporate rebranding and the name change from K.W.Bell & Son Ltd to Bell Homes. This coupled with the groups planned expansion placing us as one of the leading privately owned companies in the region.
We will continue to build on the reputation gained for placing considerable emphasis on quality and individuality on our developments, accomplished by employing a core of skilled tradesmen on all sites, thereby achieving properties that withstand the test of time.
Having acquired prime land for development our opportunities in securing our planned growth are good with a strong land portfolio. The majority of our new development are currently at the planning stage.
Also aspire to respond sensitively to the environment by incorporate State of the Art building materials to ensure the properties are constructed with maximum eco-friendliness in mind. Every effort is then made to provide external finishes which reflect the local architectural features.
